Delivery/Pick-Up:
To ensure a smooth and safe delivery experience, we ask that customers prepare their homes by clearing a path free of obstacles. Please make sure that stairways, elevators, and doorways are wide enough to safely move your furniture into place. We also recommend protecting your floors and removing any items that may be in the way.
Cartfull and the delivery company are not responsible for any damages that may occur during delivery due to conditions beyond our control inside the home.
For customer pickups, it's the customer's responsibility to bring a suitable vehicle with enough space to safely transport the items.
DELIVERY
- Our delivery service is subcontracted out
- The delivery team will contact you prior to the delivery day to schedule a delivery window for arrival.
- Local delivery starts at $200 (Up to 25 Miles) for the first 5 items which includes "simple" assembly and setup in a room of your choice.
- Extensive assembly fees start at $45 per item.

Pickup
- Once you’ve been notified that your item(s) are ready, you may pick them up during regular business hours. To ensure we can assist you, please arrive at least 10–15 minutes before closing time.
- Customers are responsible for bringing a suitable vehicle with adequate space to safely transport their items. Cartfull is not liable for any damage to vehicles or property resulting from improper transportation or unsuitable vehicles.
- Customers must also bring their own straps, tie-downs, or other materials needed to secure items for transit.
- For security purposes, only the person listed on the order—or an authorized pickup contact—may collect the items.
